Some web sites offer shopping carts and one-click ordering- we do not; not yet anyway. This is how you order:
1. Figure out what you want.
2. Print out our handy Order Form and figure out your total cost. Don't forget the shipping costs (see chart below) or 8.25% sales tax if your shipping address is in New York State!
3. Send us an e-mail with a list of the items you want, your name, e-mail address and mailing address or Fax the completed order form to (212) 979-7066. If you choose to fax your order, please let us know via email that you have faxed your order to us.
4. Send your payment. You can pay online using your credit card through PayPal. Make your payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. We also accept money orders or cashier's checks payable to "Victoria Kann". You can get a money order at your local post office or bank. Please send your money order or cashier's check with the completed Order Form to :

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Once we have your order, customers will receive an order confirmation via email with tax and shipping included in the total. We will deliver all merchandise listed on the order confirmation, unless you inform us of any changes (see below).
We ship via the U.S. Postal Service. The chart below shows our shipping rates, which include packaging and handling charges.

the order is shipped within New York State, the law requires that local
sales tax (8.25%) be added to the order total including the amount of

|We accept all merchandise returns within 15 days from date on the shipping invoice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by receipt and packing slip. When you return an item please include a note explaining the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of items returned.|

|If an item you've ordered is not in stock, it will be back-ordered automatically and you will be notified immediately. We will let you know when the item is expected, and you have the option of canceling or changing your order, or waiting for the item to arrive. Back-orders are filled as soon as stock is received.|
